Hook survivors in the basement mission does not work

Killer challenge Tome 1- Awakening bug: It says hook 2 survivors in the basement while using the perk "agitation". I tried with many different killers in different maps and different survivors. It simply won't go past 0. I hooked so many survivors in basement, it doesn't work. Pc platform.

    Multiple challenges are bugged and not tracking. It is making finishing the tome near impossible for me. So I guess I just won't get the rift this time.
