Why do you continue to sell these products when they're broken?
Knight and Twins for example. I think they're the most bugged killers in the game and their powers are redundant because of it.
Why do you continue to sell these products when they're not functional? You're basically robbing people blind.

Twins is the most bug even when they first launched. I remember getting stuck as victor on the ground.

His guards are slightly bugged, but honestly a lot of killers have lots of bugs.
I don't think that'd fall under "broken".

Not really, played with him a few matches and a guards did some weird shenanigans like once or twice a match, sometimes in my favor and sometimes actually for the survivor, its something that needs to be looked at but far from broken.
Twins is way buggier, i remember instantly dying with Victor because i hit some slight bump or something and it detected me being on something, randomly getting stuck, unable to move after switching back to Charlotte, not seeing Victors aura after hitting a healthy survivors, Victor not being able to bodyblock and not being able to switch at all. Not to mention the pointless cooldowns that promotes slugging and her power being useless on healthy survivors unless you want to grief yourself.

Yesterday I played random Killer with a friend and got Twins and Knight and was reminded why I never play those Killers. They just don't function properly.
With Knight, I see the green fog to summon a guard but pressing M2 does nothing.
With Twins, the game randomly doesn't allow me to switch to Charlotte sometimes.

Knight is clunky, not not bugged or broken. There are a few QOL changes they could and might make eventually.

Guards chase 'round pallets and windows. Refuses to 'ghost' through them. There is a chance guard get stuck inbetween a rock or tree. There are many more bugs you could easily look it up.
because people don't know about it until they experience it themselves then it's already too late.

Your point? Oh twins is more bugged than knight lets ignore the other killer? The devs haven't acknowledged any of it and I don't know why.

Since when did bhvr ever killswitch anything lately apart from flashlights? merciless storm and hex huntress lullaby were broken and OP before did they get killswitched? Yes merciless storm one time only to be bugged again after the next patch XD

As a Freddy-Main, I can tell you Freddy is a living Bug-Festival.
Currently he cannot place a single Dream Pallet on RPD besides at the entrance-desk. Every other free slot is not available (God-Pallet-Spot in the big office mid-west-wing, Helicopter-Place etc. - nothing is working). All he can do is replacing broken ones.
Dream Snares are bugged everywhere, currently Lerys is horrible. Also, his TP-Sound is bugged, too.
Its a mess. Then, some bugs are fixed but at the same time, new bugs have arrived like no snares on The Game at all etc.
His update is DESPERATELY NEEDED.
Onis Titan-Skin is bugged again. This time, the whole colour in Demon Fury is deactivated (even no black spikes) and in the endgame-chat, the Rockets across the body are gone.
I can continue, its so many, its kinda hilarious.
