I made friends with a killer today
I played a very difficult match against The Pig today.
I barely escaped and after spectating, I noticed the killer had sent me a friend request. I accepted and we played two matches together so far and escaped.
Question to Killers: Do you ever send friend requests to Survivors? If so, what do you look for during the match in which you are trying to sacrifice them that makes you want to play Survivor with them?

I've had similar experience to that as well!
I remember going against this hillbilly player who was absolutely cracked at the game and after the match I told em "gg wp" and they sent me a friend request and awhile later they asked if I had an empty spot for SWFs and I told them yes on our first match they saved me from getting tunneled and we both escaped it was rlly fun

A long while back I used to make friends with the opposing side from what I was playing. Hasn't happened anytime recently, though. When playing killer, even if playing nice, most of the time the survivors you let go are rude if not outright toxic. Most killers I've played against as survivor at best will delay killing you if the rest of your team is not helping you.
These days there's not really any time to try to be friendly with each other. Trials just go too fast. It's either pop gens or tunnel out.

I got acquainted with a cute small streamer I let go after some funny shenanigans in a trial. We sometimes team up. She's partially responsible for me getting close to being a 99% killer player instead of 100.

Most of the players in my steam friend list are from dbd.
A lot of players in this game are very entitled and unfriendly to put it slightly. But then there are the good apples. I play against them and we all enjoy the match. We win, we lose. Doesnt matter that much if the game was fun. Then we play a couple more rounds together. Sadly I can only do that as survivor.

This really shows that there is some good in the community. And no I don't because you never know who it could be unless they offer boops then I consider it but for the moment no. I might though but some people can just bring you down so much you know. I've learned recently how to not let it get to me but this is one of the ways for the moment. I'm so jealous you got to play against a pig though.

The killer I fear the most. I can barely function when she's the killer I'm so nervous. Her, The Ghostface and Tier I Michael unsettle me. They get my heart racing because I can't focus on gens, you never know where they are.

It's funny because I usually receive requests from killers that I played against. I have collected almost all killers. 😄
The matches were not only farming or memeing around, some matches the killer destroyed the team in 2 minutes (bad mmr) but even if I loose I try to stay positive and text some nice words. Maybe because of this they send me friends request idk. Tbh I have no idea why and I never asked them. Sometimes we play together but they are killer mains so I usually play soloq. I love when they invite me to 1x1, they are veterans and they help me improve (I really suck at looping) 😓 They give me tips and say how and when to leave a loop. It's so nice to have friends like them. I feel blessed and just because of them I didn't stop playing DBD because this game can be so frustrating when u are soloQ.
Most adorable killers I met were Blights but i love all my killer friends even tho they killed me 😅

Thats what I love about her when I do go against her but her crouch can be puinishing though if you only crouch when not in chase. Johns Medical file helps with that her ambush also scares the living daylights out of me when I don't know it's a pig. I love ambushing just cause of how much it can scare survivors. I wish I went up against her more though. I haven't seen her since May.

Befriended a survivor who could loop me for ages. Cool teammate. Sadly stopped playing dbd a while ago.

I usually end up befriending survivors when we goof around at endgame chat! Made many friends that way since I always pull some funny stuff during game.

Everyone’s so quick to label us as monsters *sniff*

I don't send friend requests, but I've had many nice chats post-game with some great people from both sides.
It does add extra weight that the side someone chooses doesn't prove what type of person they are. It's always about the type of person they are.
