What bad Perk could become a boon?
There are several bad Perks, but what if one of them got changed into a boon totem with it's values maxed out? What Perk would benefit from this the most?
Maybe This is not happening?
- When in the Boon's range, Great Skill Check success zones are increased by 100%.
Something in that matter, but what do you think?

You could make self care into a boon, with a slightly faster heal speed to compensate for the blessing and travel time.
That might be good enough that people would voluntarily do totems instead of gens at the very start of the game.

Sole Survivor. - only activates if you're the last survivor in the trial. if any dull totems are still in the trial this perk randomly lights one of them as a boon totem. For each dull, booned, or hex totem gain a token. Each token gives a 25% speed bonus to survivor actions and obscures your aura within 15 meters of the killer.

It's actually a tough question tbh. A lot of the less useful perks tend to have lots of small effects or very specific activation conditions... which makes them troublesome for boons.
E.g. Better Than New affects healing, cleansing, blessing and unhooking. Only works after you heal someone, and only affects that person.
Vigil seems like a decent boon contender... except it itself is perma active bubble around you... so kinda is a boon in your pocket already.
Started thinking about a temporary status effect block... cause a straight up condition block breaks Myers, Ghost Face, Freddy, Legion, Plague, etc...
