Please give Jailer a terror radius (or just buff the Jailer in general)

The Jailer currently lacks a useful role in the Knight's kit.

A terror radius could help mask the Knight's approach, as well as provide another killer who can effectively use terror radius based perks.

    I think it's okay to implement a terror radius as a threat, but adding a perk is a bit too much.

    It might be interesting to have a terror radius that covers the entire area while the jailer is present. Survivors who come within the knight's own terror radius will naturally be affected by the perk.
