Still disconnecting mid trial

This bug in today's update was not fully addressed.

I am still receiving DC penalties for this too.

Please don't close this and say it's a technical issue. I've seen dozens of people online talk about this issue. I've been troubleshooting for weeks. I've contacted support and their advice did not work and i am now waiting on a further response.

EDIT : Also i would like to add, three survivors disconnected this match as well. 2 of them at the start, another one mid match and then i got disconnected shortly after. So that just shows even more it's not a user side issue.

PLEASE investigate this issue further. Because of the DC Penalty it can make the game unplayable.

    Yesterday I had same problem. Played on killer, after disconnect received 0 BP and penalty for 20-30 sec.

    I’ve had this problem for months, but it has significantly ramped up since the release of the Alien chapter. Support told me there was nothing they could do and to contact my ISP and steam. I contacted my ISP and even switched to Epic, still had the same exact issues. They wouldn’t reset my timer either after showing video proof of every dc I was having, and the server error along with it.

    BHVR, if you can’t fix the problem can you at least stop punishing us so heavily for an issue that is not the fault of your players?

    same problem for me, EUE and NAE, today I even got a DC penalty even though everyone got disconnected and the message read it was the server's problem

    Sometimes even before it starts LOL... Servers aren't dedicated enough.

    Happened to me again, 1hr matchmaking ban :( Different message this time though but it's definitely still not my internet because steam was still online when this happened.

    I won't keep reporting each time but it happened again with the "Dedicated Server is not responding" message. 6hr penalty now... the problem has not been resolved at all for me.

    Match was almost over, got a challenge.

    Was a long match - i guess we were over 15 min in

    I don´t think this is a sudden problem on my side as i played for over two hours just fine.

    I'm gonna try playing on epic games see if that changes anything. I will update if i find anything.

    edit : actually never mind i just saw that this did not work for wiccan so i won't bother.

    That must be very frustrating. I don't see that error that often but servers are still pretty bad and obviously it's a DBD problem, again.

    I don't think we're collectively having a bad internet day in unison LOL... I was the Killer and had the bad ping icon too.

    Yeah i've had moments of bad ping too. I really wish devs would take the servers down for maintenance or something...
