4th Year anniversary crown

My legion has a glitched 4th Year anniversary crown I'm supposed to have one fourth year and one fifth year but it's glitched into two fifth year anniversary crowns.

Please fix as soon as possible.

My in-game name is Lucius grimley and I play on PlayStation 4.

    Legion actually has two crowns each (male and female version).

    The 4th anniversary crown looks like the 5th anniversary one?

    Is the name still the same?
