Dedicated server issue but still being penalized
The last few days I've been kicked from multiple games and get a message saying the dedicated server is not responding. Despite this I'm being penalized like I disconnected.
And the problem is not on my end. I've played several other games during that time which require an online connection and haven't been kicked from any of them even once or had a single glitch.
So my question is why is BHVR giving matchmaking locks for issues with their own dedicated servers?

Pretty sure it’s a bug on their side and not supposed to give a penalty - though since it’s a bug it’s not doing what it is supposed to.
funnily enough I do get this error quite often as well - though without penalty whatsoever. Just had it twice, one at end of match, one after loading into the match directly..

Thanks for the response. It's frustrating to get matchmaking bans from BHVR for something that's their fault

Yep i've had this issue for like 2 weeks. I've tried everything on my end including resetting my PC. They have not acknowledged it... this is very frustrating.

I agree. It would be frustrating enough if I was just being kicked out of matches. It makes the frustration all that much worse though when the game itself tells me it's the dedicated server and I still get penalties.

Yup, and if you report this in the bug section they say it's a problem on your end and will close it. When it's not a problem on our ends, it's on their end.

Oh my god, they might have actually fixed it. I'll need to see for myself though but this is very exciting.
EDIT : Sorry to say but it's not fixed. First match same problem.
