On XB1: HBD challenge bugged

Played survivor (Nea) selected the challenge "A little help from the void" from the 2. Chapter of the Haunted event tome.
You have to collect a boon from a friendly haunt 2x. Did one in one match and it registered and showed up correctly in the tome.
However, I did the seconde one and even tho I got the notice in match that I completed it, it was still on 1/2 in the tome, also the challenge window did not show anymore on the right side.
I tried it twice so far and it never completes in the tome.

Tried it again today and it worked.
