where can I get help if I can’t get it on the forum and the support ticket is simply silent?
Since 7.3.0 went live I've been getting crashes periodically, and since the event came there's been more of them.
I'm tired of whining about it on the forum, my game just stopped working like it used to, I'm literally unable to play the event because I'm getting 24-hour bans due this crashes, what should I do? who to contact?
How long has it been since 7.3.0? almost a month? it seems my game just died and that's it

Have you tried verifying the integrity of your game files? And updating your windows and drivers.
Also support can take a long time. I think one ticket i sent took over 3 weeks for a response before.

If you're up-to-date on drivers and your installation of the game is fine, it may just be that your PC can't handle the game as well anymore. I had such a problem where after a certain small patch, my graphics card would drop and the game crashed every now and again and I had to get another graphics card to keep playing. Sucks but that may be your issue.

I thought about this too, and if this is so, then it’s just some kind of nonsense, to change graphic card but nothing even changed in the game, and everything is fine with my FPS.....omg i love this game
