Rookie Spirit deserves a buff
Even tho the effect is serviceable, it's overshadowed by the perk Alert which does it's job much better by revealing the Killers aura directly and doesn't give false positives on the Killer's location and it is active from the start.
To make it a bit better, I propose adding a secondary effect to it.
Rookie Spirit
After completing 5/4/3 Great Skill Checks, Rookie Spirit activates, while active:
- You see the aura of regressing Generators.
- When you stop a Generator from regressing, all expiring negative Status Effects are removed and Rookie Spirit deactivates.
What are the changes?
- Only progresses on Great Skill Checks. (from good or great)
- Removes all non-permanent (ones that have a duration tied to them) Status Effects when touching a regressing Generator when active. (new effect)
- Can now be deactivated and has to be reactivated again. (from being active for the remainder of the trial)
This could prove to be really handy with so many things!
Being chased while being Exhausted and having Spring Burst? If possible, path to a regressing Generator, tap it, and gain the Spring Burst again!
Being blind or Exposed? Just go to the nearest regressing Gen and remove it right away!
This wouldn't work on Status Effects that are tied to a Killer's power tho, so no removing the Exposed from Ghosty or Myers, no removing the Broken from the Plague. Or Status Effects that are infinite, so Mangled from Sloppy Butcher, etc...
What do you think, is it too strong? Still to weak? Let me know!

Seems a cool idea, but I'd tone it down a tad so you can't use gens to tap and remove exhaustion, cause that seems highly abusable.
Reducing decaying effects seems an nice idea and on brand for "Rookie Spirit" though.
I'd tweak it to "after you start repairing a regressing generator you recover from status effects 30% faster while you continue repairing". Would be nice for charging Sprint Burst and other exhaustion perks so you could be more aggressive with dangerous gen repairs, and also help vs. perks like Jolt and Pain Res.
The activation condition always seemed weird to me though. 3 regular skills check might as well just be on immediately... 3 greats makes more sense, but not sure I'd be against just removing the condition entirely.

I always welcome minor perk buff suggestion and this looks cool, but I think that the combo with exhaustion perks like SB, Lithe, Balanced Landing can be too much.

Agree, but maybe up that 30% to something like 40% or 50% so it isn't just a budget Vigil haha.
