Time in the Entity's realm doesn't work the way we perceive it. The Plague was taken from the earliest time period, but she could've been taken "yesterday" from the PoV of the people in the Entity's realm.

By that theory then it's a tie between the wraith, the trapper and the hillbilly as they were the first killers to enter the Entity's realm.

Lets go full meta and say the order of them appearing in the realm was their order of release in the game!

Developers literally said in their stream last October that the new chapter (which is Plague) is the oldest killer in the game.

"Oldest" in the sense that she was taken from the earliest time period.

Well the devs did say that there was a "first" killer, but he/she was tossed into The Void for being such a failure.

It was in their recent lore stream, i don't know the exact time frame, but i can confirm that there was a first killer, but we'll probably never get to see him/her

Keep in mind, i only said that because he said he has a Legion icon, So i mean, i just view Legion as a group of kids that didn't even graduate high school.
