Time in the Entity's realm doesn't work the way we perceive it. The Plague was taken from the earliest time period, but she could've been taken "yesterday" from the PoV of the people in the Entity's realm.

By that theory then it's a tie between the wraith, the trapper and the hillbilly as they were the first killers to enter the Entity's realm.

Developers literally said in their stream last October that the new chapter (which is Plague) is the oldest killer in the game.

Well the devs did say that there was a "first" killer, but he/she was tossed into The Void for being such a failure.

It was in their recent lore stream, i don't know the exact time frame, but i can confirm that there was a first killer, but we'll probably never get to see him/her
