support ticket got closed and marked as solved but no response from support team
not where where to post this or if this is even the right place to post but i created a ticket on the main dbd website (Request #1386703) and it's been marked as solved and is now closed but i did not receive any response from the support team

This isn't the place for this. You also didn't give any info about what your ticket was about, so what are you actually looking for?

There is not much we can do here about it, you can try contacting them again to see if they can tell you anything about it, but it could simply be that the ticket required no response after being solved.

Well seeing that the op here is the same as the one in the thread you just closed (talking about suspensions), I would guess the issue is clear for behaviour and doesn't make any kind of response necessary.
