Can i be banned for using an old offering?

So i recently got back into the game and i brought a load of chapters and i wanna level my killers, i used to play quite a bit a year back, for some reason i have 33 of these Frightful Flan from the Sixth Year Anniversary. i mean its kinda suspicious for someone to use this offering after so long, i have them on Jeff which i used to play a lot.

can this thing get me in trouble?
