Why are we still waiting on prestige to not show in pre game lobby?

Title is pretty self explanatory, but has there been any progress or movement towards implementing this? I haven’t heard anything and it would be nice to play my main survivor and not have to worry about getting tunneled or dodged just for spending time on the game.
