How a Survivor Main changed his mind on the power of Survivors ...

... after starting to play Killer extensively

A friend of mind never believed my "tales" of the mighty Survivors or SWF.

DS was a myth and not really that bad. Killer was easy mode and they are absolutely overpowered. Survivors are weak and needed big buffs. But about two weeks ago he started to play Killer. Somehow he got curious. And then the tears came in, while he ranked up. It was glorious 🤣

With time he finally acknowledged my "tales" of the mighty Survivors or SWF and asked what he can do about it. Interesting how the world can change if you start to look on the side of the medallion 😉

Lol. I don't cry about DS or SWF but I also changed my mind about solo survivor being weak. It's boring not weak.

Well he's only been playing killer for two weeks. Of course he doesn't know how to counter play good survivors. Once he has time into killer he wont have a problem with swf or ds anymore.

DS will soon not be a major issue anymore.

    It's just call learning curve.

Play killer is too easy after healing nerf patch.

So does the "learning curve" principle also apply to survivors complaining about killers?

I play 50/50 (solo survivor) and I think that killer is too easy now, it's not complaining but my point of view.

That doesn't answer my question. You say that killers have a learning curve, so the OP's friend's complaints are irrelevant. Do survivors also have a learning curve, and therefore can we dismiss their complaints as well?

It's going to be harder than a lot of survivor mains give it credit for but your friend is probably facing people who have a lot more time on the game but are low rank somehow. It's quite common. There are many people with 1500+ hours at rank 15.

Funny to see how fast people change their opinion when playing both sides. Before I played killer I was kinda neutral but now I know that killers aren't just complaining. Depending on what builds and/or add-ons I use killer can be really hard for me. People saying "killer is so easy" must definetly not play as much. Unless you're a God tier nurse I can hardly believe your words. Survivor on the other hand is kinda easy, if you use borrowed time and just go for unhooks instead of working on generators you get your altruism points, do it enough and you got your pip. Farming or not, don't matter (sigh). Killer is fun to play unless you verse a SWF team that has the intention of giving you a bad time. Oh, and if killer is so easy to play, which I see many say : Then why do I see so many killers lose their match while they had barely made any mistakes and played quite well?

Killer is super easy when you first start and you're facing survivors who truly just don't have the skill and tools necessary to dick you around and genrush. Once you get to about rank 10 you're facing survivors who at least have a grasp of the game and how to play. Maybe not the best but enough that it's no longer a guaranteed bloodbath. Past that survivor becomes stupid easy and killer is an uphill battle.
