No killer instinct?

I had at least 2 games that were strange in regards of killer instinct.

once playing legion with killer instinct active i had a healthy survivor which didnt trigger it.

And just now someone hid next to the locker i teleported to during nightfall, totally unaffected by killer instinct.

Is Killer instinct bugged in some way at the moment?

    if a Survivor is oblivious or you have a perk that makes you undetectable as legion you won't get killer instinct.

    as for dredge, are you sure you were in nightfall? cuz that's the only time u get killer instinct.

    Yeah, i am sure it was in nightfall. dredge is my main killer, and he was glowing before me, yet no killer instinct when i came out of the locker. after the first hit we were in a chase, and i teleported to the remnant, and still no killer instinct with the survivor right in front of me, still in nightfall.

    i am not sure about legion, i dont usually run undetectable on him, but then i only play him for challanges and dailys, so maybe i did.

    Dredge thing sounds like a bug.

    For Legion, the survivor has to actually hear your terror radius to be affected by Killer Instinct. Even if you weren’t running anything that could prevent that, it’s also possible they became oblivious through a blue glyph penalty which would block Killer Instinct.
