What do you mean they don't look good? They look plenty fine to me.

Felix's is bit generic (the Blitz elite has always been boring) but Adam's and especially Renato's look spot on.

EDIT: THAT SAID, the three choices are pretty lame.

Blitz's elite has always been meh like I said, but his default outfit would've looked way better.

Wamai is fine but there's far more iconic picks they could've gone with, even if it has to be one for Adam in particular. Castle is way cooler imo and was one of the OG20 operators.

I actually had to look up who the heck Tubarão is since I stopped playing Siege years ago. He's apparently the most recent operator in the game, so it's pretty surprising he's in this collection since he only came to Siege a couple weeks ago. That aside, the same point with Wamai stands in that there's like 30+ far more iconic and deserving operators that could've made it in instead. He's not even Brazilian like Renato is (although Wamai isn't Jamaican like Adam is either).
