i have prestiged multiple characters and have many perks that are level 3 but this trophy never unlocked for me. Ada wong is an example down below

same issue, except the listed progress is 1 level (33%). My Meg is presteiged with level 3 on all perks.

yea i have multiple characters at prestige 3, i thought it would pop at some point but just never did . glad i ain’t the only one though

logged in after the Chucky patch today and Skillful finally popped for me. so maybe this patch fixed it...
