Who is to say that has anything to do with BHVR and not the for honor devs? Maybe that's all they were willing to license to BHVR?

To add to this, For Honor licenses (few they had) were a little more generous, and the DBD Event was so generous and awesome it to this day is considered the best event they ever had. I doubt with that effort they went "yeah you get charm only lol".

For Honor got an entire event, with a bunch of new cosmetics of the various types that the game offers. I fail to see how that's being done dirty.
That charm you listed was to commemorate and promote the event. It wasn't meant to be DBD's "half" because there was no "half" for this game to have. It was a For Honor event. It's like complaining that DBD puts all this effort into translating Resident Evil characters into their game, but RE doesn't even bother to do anything for "their half".
