Furtive Chase and Friends till the end
After using Friends till the end, I noticed that the obsession bounces around...a lot, and Furtive chase is also a perk that bounces around the obsession...a lot. Friends till the end always tells you the location of the obsession, and they become exposed and if you hook the obsession, you get 18% haste from furtive chase and the new obsession screams. Rinse and repeat success. In theory

i think furtive chase is 5% haste, not 18% haste.

If you add Nemesis to the build, when the Obsession switches, they Scream and have their Aura revealed, meaning that if they have distortion you can see them past it and remove a token which they can't get back because they won't be 'in' your terror radius.
