Chucky's 3 perks not updated to tier 2 & 3 after upgrading them in the bloodweb between games

first game with chucky, i equipped only his 3 perks at yellow quality. i upgraded batteries and friends to tier 3 and hex to tier 2 for 2nd game. in the match, his perks at the bottom corner were all yellow quality. visual bug or the game didn't register their respective upgrades?

This happens for survivors as well. I added a bug for this a few weeks ago. No updates since then.
