Is it just me or is wire spool a very rare add-on instead of a uncommon?
I've been leveling up my cherly for a while now and I got more pinks and greens and everything else except for wire spool
Like 40 brand new parts but 9 wire-spool

DBD tends to do that. Pyramid Head's ranged add-ons (the only useful ones) are all hard to get for no good reason.

Sometimes the luck is a bit weird. I think the main reason for what you're describing is that you're more likely to get a banana flavored add-on instead of a strawberry or grape flavored one, but since there are only a couple pink items/add-ons to choose and they're individually more memorable you realize it more. There's 25 uncommon Survivor add-ons and items, but only 6 Ultra Rare ones (and that's not counting all the offerings)
I found the rates eventually even out and you'll get more spools eventually

It's competing with every other yellow add-on plus every yellow BP offering plus the yellow coin PLUS yellow mist. It's not that it's actually super rare it's just competing with a ton of other yellow offerings when the webs get generated and it's very noticeable with wire spool because it's far and away the best yellow survivors get.

There's way more uncommon rarity things you can get in the bloodweb compared to ultra rare ones so getting a certain uncommon rarity item or add on is harder because you also have an equal chance of getting one of the many other uncommon items, add ons, or offerings. There is a lot of uncommon offerings and they take up a lot of your uncommon slots on the web.
And as you go further along the levels of the blood web, you get less uncommon items and more rare or very rare stuff so the chance of getting the uncommon you want goes down.

I feel you on this! I look at all my characters of all prestige levels and it's amazing how few wire spools there are. It's such a nice add-on but it seems so rare.
