On the killer side I liked the ruin + undying meta better than the current slowdown meta (after the undying change, not where you had to cleanse 5)
chasing players off gens is more interactive for both sides than gen blocking, tunnel, pain res, pop.
Survivor meta feels pretty fresh right now though.

Top 4 Killer perks are gen regression perks in a nerfed state, out of necessity to have a chance. Terrible meta.

you said the same about the MFT meta (which was really horrible for 5 months) so idk how to take your post.
mah only complains with the current balance of the game.
-Blight need major nerfs to his addons and hug tech. (already confirmed however we have to wait and see what they do)
-Nurse needs to be either gutted to the ground or reworked for the better.
-God sake its been 6 years already ...can we get a early game mechanic for killers BHVR?
-fixing map design problems - god windows - maps with insane amount of connected safe tiles.
-Buffing the basekit powers of low tier killers to be less addon depending (Myers , Legion , Pig , Singularity)

Even the best survivor in the world cannot account for map RNG so this perk shines for both new and good players.

Fun IS subjective. However, everyone can agree that hanging from a hook or bleeding out on the ground are not fun aspects of the game. As long as killer strategies that magnify these elements of the game are the most effective, we will continue to see killers use them.

I agree and i just think that DS is fine as is, no need to buff it, nerf OP killers cause 3s DS is fine against trapper...
If you disagree, play pub at the soft cap... with trapper against a good swf that got DS on everbody, it's annoying...

The most healthy meta was all the way back when Nurse's Calling was among the most used killer perks.
That was peak.

Killers have no time to run the chase. You commit to one and you hear 3 gens pop. You're now halfway done with the match for 1 hook
Most random groups of survivors lose because they all die trying for the unhook. You get 1 random camping gens and survivors win almost every time

I was more speaking about it if you were playing as a M1... but yeah i do agree that this exemple wasn't on point. But you understood the idea, right ? Edit: maybe i am playing at a more sweaty time but a DS on me is more like a 15 sec or 30sec down if the tiles they have is good ... You could imagine a scenario. And anyway, what is needed is not a buff to anti tunnel but a buff for killer, IF THEY DON'T TUNNEL and play like you would want them to (basekit "Grim embrace" could be an idea for exemple).
And it seems it will not be change until june if they do only their roadmap ... sad times aganist tryhard swf(not even gonna speak that they nerf stfbl that is the last counter to it ...)
