Tweaks for Freddy before his rework
Since there was no word of the Freddy rework on the last dev stream, I guess we won't be getting it for at least 9 months, or so...
And since that is the case, I propose some minor tweaks to Freddy, so he wouldn't be so weak:
1) Remove the sleep immunity gained from clocks - this renders Freddy's addons/power weak to useless. I feel like there really is no need for the immunity to exist.
2) Make survivors unable to wake up from failing skill checks. First of all, there are already clocks, and teammates that can wake you up. Waking up from failing skill checks is so unnecessary, AND it messes with Freddy's addons/power. Also, Freddy has 2 addons (green and yellow) that increase the amount of progress lost on a gen, when failing a skill check while asleep. However, once you fail the skill check, you wake up, and the addon(s) is rendered useless until the next time the survivor falls asleep.
3) Increase the ammount of hindered that the survivors experience when triggering a dream snare. Considering all the new antiloop killers, this would really help Freddy.
4) revert the Dream Pallet count nerf, so Freddy can use 10 dream pallets again. Dream pallet Freddy is already a gamble to play, might as well give him enough of them to use.
TL;DR Survivors shouldn't wake up when failing skill checks, and especially not gain sleep immunity from clocks - they render Freddy's power pretty much useless.
That, and his snares should inflict more hindered, and he should have 10 dream pallets to use (when using the dream pallet addons)
I feel like these small tweaks would help Freddy a lot, until het gets a proper rework/buffs.

The Red Paintbrush addon (iri) could also get a small change, to prevent survivors from just using clocks at the start:
-> make red paintbrush block all of the clocks for 30-60 seconds at the start of the match.
