Victor snipes impossible, hitting invisible walls [PC]

Hello,
I've been a Twins main for over 2 years now and since yesterdays bugfix Victor is no longer able to snipe from high surfaces without hitting invisible walls and is unable to hit over pallets either.
Im really hoping this is a bug and not intended as this takes away a lot of skill expression with twins and will ruin them for a lot of people including me.

It's not just snipping either, if his back against something, its like he hits an invisible wall as well. Go check out Lynxi's vod from today 12/6 when she played on Borgo. She was testing a lot of things as we found that things we not working normally. twitch.tv/lynxi
