Look at the queue times. Survivor and killer is just waiting in line simulator. This is ridiculous.

yesterday i had to wait 5 entire minutes to find a killer match (i was killer, looking for survivors) and at that point i had almost given up. i dont think its a region thing, i use a vpn and can change my 'location' and do so sometimes, its still an issue, i dont know why lmao

Killer: a minute max
Solo survivor: two to 3 minutes max
3 person SWF: 3-5 minutes max

Do you have crossplay on? Because if not then yeah, you'll be waiting ages.
Otherwise just join the bonus BP queue for quick matches.

EU is just fine for both sides.

EUW seems normal. Killer queues take a while and survivor queue times are pretty fast during the day and early mornings (7 am - 7 pm). During the evenings and nights, killer queues are pretty much instant (30 seconds max).
Just play whoever has the incentive and you should be fine. Oh and keep your game up to the current version. I once forgot to update my game and had a pretty long queue time as a result.

Chucky is still barely a week old.
You can't expect killer queues to be normal at that point after a killer only chapter release with a popular franchise especially with something new like a third person killer.

my queues are instant. you just have to play one side at specific times , for my region the daytime is better for survivor and the evening/night is good for killer.
