Hag Gets Stuck After Attacking While Carrying a Survivor

Steps to Reproduce
Example
Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as The Hag in any match
Step 3 : Put a Survivor into Dying State
Step 4: Pick up the Dying Survivor
Step 5: While carrying the Survivor, attempt an attack against another Survivor, doesn't matter if it hits
Step 6: Notice that The Hag player is unable to move until the attack cooldown has ended
Additional information
- Played on PC - Steam
- Experienced both in public and custom games
- Perks and Addons did not seem to affect the bug
- Unsure if any other killers are affected, but doubtful
- Attempted Forum search to find if this bug has been reported before but the search feature extremely cumbersome, limited, and not reasonable ;)

- The custom game where I reproduced this should happen a little over 3 hours into the logs, right before a Myers/Shape game. There are earlier public matches where it happens as well.
