PTB Changes
“Chaser Scoring: The proximity penalty has been increased. The longer a Killer stays within a close proximity (16m) to a hooked Survivor, the more points they will lose in the Chaser emblem.”
Oh my. Killers losing points if they camp/proxy camp!! What do you guys think about this?

Don't care. Take them all. If I want you dead you are still dying and when you don't have enough low ranked killers you'll wait in the queue and change it back. One farms more BP in high rank games with less stress. Don't threaten me with a good time. There is not a shred of positive from ranking up in this game. None. Zip. Zilch. Nada. The trash talk gets worse and the dickish Behavior increases. No one believes you are good because of your rank. No one. If you want to be known as good you must stream your games and let everyone see precisely how good you are.

Penalty only applies if there are no survivors nearby.

I'm not too concerned about it, you get a 10 second grace period after hooking them and that's long enough for me to skedaddle.
