Remove the anonymity features
The feature is pointless and the only ones that use it are people trolling other players or cheaters. They don't want their username associated with their despicable actions so that is why they use the anonymity feature. The only other fix to this is if the entire community leaves a lobby whenever there is someone hiding their username.

I use anonymous mode because i am not interested in being harassed for winning against someone or being targeted in future games. The real question is, why would you not use anonymous mode? All pros and no cons for me.
The only thing it prevents is targeted anything. You can still report players that are breaking the rules.
I honestly think there is no good reason to be mad about it.

Infact, I use it because I got sandbagged recently by someone remembering my name and profile.. which is just sad. So I made myself anonymous so that doesn't happen.
And if I have fun with people ingame, I can still add them on steam. But I get what you mean, many wrong/toxic people or cheaters use it as well. But there is always a risk to an overall good feature.

Of all the games I play, DBD is the only one where I have legit concerns about someone in the match I just played decided to harass after the match. Therefore I use anon mode, because it help protects against that.
Honestly, I feel like the only people who want it removed are the people who help contribute to people switching to anon mode.

I never harras anybody over a game, and I still would like to see who talked some crap in endgame to me. Because I do not want to play with them any more. And also I would like to know when some otherwise "cool" guy act like a jerk while not online and nobody sees it. Or when they are cheaters, and I already got them earlier...

I don't use Anonymous Mode because those of us on Xbox cannot use it.

The feature is perfectly fine and good. Sure some toxic people might hide behind it but they could still do the same things even without it, and likely would. Also you can still send reports to BHVR is an anonymous player is cheating or anything. I don't see why people find this feature to be a problem. DBD can be such a toxic game sometimes even if you are just playing normally and trying to have fun. Anonymous mode helps protect oneself from such people.

Oh i didn't know that i thought they added it to all platforms

They originally did, but after like a week or so Microsoft screamed at them as their Anonymous Mode violated several Xbox policies, and they removed it just for our platform. Apparently it isn't coming back. How they did not know this beforehand I don't know.
