3 dedicated server crashes today and i've been banned for 15 minutes on my 3rd one. Absolutely infuriating to waste my time and get 0 points, and then be punished further by not being able to queue for something i have no control over is unacceptable. Will this be addressed some time soon?

    I've been having connection issues for years. I have posted videos of it happening. I have submitted a bunch of tickets. I have proven that it's not my internet. They don't care. Even if you get a 30 minute ban for something you have no control over. They are perfectly fine with people getting a ban.

    Even if someone is DCing because they are not having fun, a bot will take over and the max penalty should be 5 minutes. Just enough to make them wait but not annoying enough for people who have no control over a server crash. But they won't do this. You either deal with it and stop playing for 24 hours after you get a 15 min ban or you just uninstall the game and move on.
