Personally I see Zarina, Jane, and Laurie somewhat regularly. They're definitely not rare in my neck of the woods.

Yun-Jin is the baddest. She's so slay and girlboss. I love her but I agree she's not as popular as she could be.

I feel like Haddie is quite common now, at least more than Ripley and Elodie in my experience.

Straight up I'd use Ripley more if I could have long haired warrant officer Ripley with her back in action out of uniform shirt and weyland stompers.
Plz BHVR... unlock Ripley head pieces in the equip menu :(

She's a mix of both rare and uncommon. I do see her a lot more than Lauries and Elodies

Really!? I see Rebeccas all the time. She might be less common than the other Resident Evil characters though, so maybe that's why she seems kinda rare.

Yes in a shocking development, giving her most customization options has really boosted her pick rate. Funny how that works. I recently loaded into a lobby with two other P100 Haddies, which was kind of shocking.
In my recent experience, Elodie, Laurie, Ripley, and even Jane are more rare to see.
All that said, who I see really seems to ebb and flow. I feel like I went months and barely saw a single Cheryl, but I've seen a lot recently. We'll see more Elodie this month due to her reindeer onesie alone.

Leon is uncommon. And rest is rare or very rare lol.

Disagree about Zarina. She's my main so I take notice when I see her in my lobby and I feel like I see her quite a bit. I see alot of Yui too. Thalita would be uncommon for me.

Sorry to be off topic but I agree with this. I mentioned it twice in the satisfaction survey. Even if they must be sold as full sets I want the option to mix and match wherever possible.
And as far as licenses go, I have to imagine that only the most stubborn of license holders wouldn't concede to the mixing of cosmetics, again, if they were still sold as complete sets.

I'd move Zarina and maybe Rebecca up a tier, actually Zarina is surprisingly common for me. I'd also move Haddie up and just remove the bottom tier becasuse we all joke about poor Haddie but she's no rarer than Jane or Elodie.

I would move Jane, Ripley and Laurie to very rare, aswell.
