I'm making 3 builds. Please critique them.
I want to preface this by saying Kindred is mandatory for me so all builds listed include it.
Generator Repair Build:
- Deja Vu
- Resilience
- Prove Thyself
Altruism Build:
- We'll Make It
- Botany
- Desperate Measures
Self-Care Build
- Self-Care
- Botany
- Desperate Measures

No point in using all 3 of the healing perks in the altruism build 300% heal speed vs 200% heal speed or 250% heal speed ends up not really meaning that much anymore, just go with 2/3 of the perks and you have more room for exhaustion perks and strong situational perks

May I suggest either Bond or Troubleshooter on the gen build? Assuming you're soloQ you're gonna wanna know where to go to get Prove Thyself value.
We'll Make it and Desperate Measures is redundant on the altruism build. Made for This, Empathy, Lucky Break would be good alternatives to desperate measures or baby even babysitter if you're facing a lot of back to hook killers.

My old generator build was
- Bond
- Open-Handed
- Prove Thyself

You know what's crazy. I've never used an exhaustion perk except for challenges because so many killers use Mindbreaker (Fearmonger) and I'm afraid it won't work.

Gen repair: Bit standard but it works. Only thing we could recommend is overzealous instead of prove.
Altruism: Could probably switch out either botany (our pick) or We'll make it with something else (we say keep desperate because it also works with unhooking speed). Is it for healing others or rescues or both? Healing others keep botany, rescues keep we'll make it.
Self: If its just for you can replace desperate measures with something. If you really want to go in on the self heals go pharmacy (not recommended but it fits) but we vote bite the bullet or distortion (silently healing and a counter to nurse's calling respectively).

Ive not seen a killer use fear monger in my last 50 games youre probably good

PT isn't worth it. Run a flex perk slot instead.
I'd run a med-Kit instead of SC.
Only run We'll Make It and BT for Altruism.

I forgot about overzealous! I will try that!

Which is the best exhaustion perk?

Sprint Burst if paired with Vigil but on it's own I'd argue Lithe is the best one.

Your Generator Repair Build:
I would go with Deja Vu, Prove Thyself and Sprint Burst. It helps to have an exhaustion perk, and since you focus with this build on breaking the 3 gen as quickly as possible, SB will help you out greatly when the killer approaches.
Your Alturism Build:
Alturism is not only healing but also unhooking and in some case protecting. I would change your build.
We'll Make It (healing after unhooking),
Deliverance (unhook yourself), For the people + Buckle Up (pick up downed people and protect them)Your Self Care Build
Dont overkill that one. Self-Care and Botany Knowledge are good enough. Add another 3rd perk that helps you in a different aspect of the game. I would add Lithe/Sprint Burst/DH or even Overcome. If you dont want an exhaution perk, use something like Prove Thyself.

For the Altruism build, I'd maybe swap out Desperate Measures for Borrowed Time. That way, if you get interrupted healing by the killer or if the Killer is proxy camping, they'll have a bit more extra time to make it to safety. Or maybe We're Gonna Live forever for picking up slugs.
For the Self-Care build, I'd consider swapping out Desperate Measures for Resilience. That way, you have something in your build to counter Sloppy Butcher or a Plague or Legion. I like to 99% my heal whenever I've got resil equipped, but this isn't so useful now with the recent Self-Care bug sometimes preventing you from seeing your healing progress. Self-Care shadow nerfed, confirmed!
To be honest though, if I'm playing "seriously" I personally prefer to run balanced builds (one perk equipped for each emblem category), rather than builds themed around specific purposes, but you should run what you like.

For the gen build you should replace one of the perks for Repressed Alliance or Built to Last + a strong tool box. My gen build right now is
- Resilience (most reliable speed increase imo)
- Repressed Alliance (if you time it right you can deny Pain Res and Pop)
- Built to Last (combine this with a commodious toolbox)
- Off the Record (anti tunneling + gives you distortion for 80 seconds so you can keep working on gens)
