Of course you cant change wiggle back, that would give players too much of a freedom of choice and we cant have that here

Couldn’t you change the input binding for wiggle skillchecks to A/D and have it pretty much the same as before, just not as button mash-y?

The question here is, why would you ever want to wear off the keys / buttons of your keyboard / controller with the button mashing wiggle ever again? More so taking in count that the wiggle now has a fixed duration and pressing them faster would not get you free any sooner.

You could just slowly turn joystick in one direction and it was filling the bar at max speed same as people who were button mashing for some reason. Also you could look around and/or didnt have to look at the screen at all
