    Yet another test that we have not gotten any sort of update or comment on from the devs. Over 6 months of this tested feature for God knows what reason. We might have to maybe wait some years :)

    it seems to be because bHVR did a test, they had discussions internally about what more they should do with perk icons and showing players. So now they are knee deep in a bunch of stuff they are trying to make work.
