The problem with the awards of the "Bone Chill" event

After purchasing the rewards for the "ice trinkets", the rewards are not displayed in the inventory of the characters. I thought Jeff's clothes were inseparable, but they're not. I rebooted the game and the computer, but it didn't work. Platform: PC/Steam
