Sadako Mystery Box

Hello. I recently purchased the Sadako Mystery Box and having just opened it, noticed that it’s missing an item. This is massively disappointing considering the amount of money this cost, time spent waiting for the box to arrive, and not to mention the international shipping fee on top of that.

The item missing is not a huge deal for me to have, however I would expect that if you pay for something that it should arrive with all the contents included.

I only bought this because I love all things Sadako, so whether or not it was worth the money is irrelevant, because it will be worth it to me, but can you rectify the missing item as soon as possible?
