And let me just list a few older broken survivor perks/techniques.
- Old mettle of man
- Old syringe add on
- Infinite loops
- Old self care
- Old exhaustion
- And of course the few clipped above with many others
So please stop whining about how survivors or swf needs to be nerfed.
If swf was disabled this game would not survive.
Just grow up and learn that you need to get better at the game. And start whining about the actual issues with the game.

This is the most flawed logic in any game bar whattaboutism.
Just because things were worse before doesn't mean they're good now. In fact, it's precisely the opposite - back when survivors had all their broken toys, the game was actually playable because they took risks even after their 4 second chances had been finally exhausted. Now that their safety blankets have been slowly stripped away, so has the superiority complex, and now they predrop strong, playable pallets because there's a chance the killer might outplay them! Instead of trying to loop a tile, they make excellent use out of their W key because they know it buys their team more than enough time, but with none of the risk!
This game was more fun when survivors thought they were good at it. The entire gameplay relies around our cockiness and risk-taking. Without that, there's nothing for killers to do.

Why do survivors complain about Spirit? Back in the day, she had collision when phasing, old Prayer Beads, and no vault animation.
Just grow up and learn that you need to get better at the game. And start whining about the actual issues with the game.

Whats your argument? Because killer was miserable in the past makes it better now? The game has shifted. There are still things that are horrible to go against. Both as killer and survivor.
If you have survivor players that whine or killer players that whine, tell them to calm down and touch some grass. It's a game. Nobody is ever pleased.
Best that can be done is trying. And this trying is what lead us here.

However, I didn't start playing the game back then so my gaming experience (and their associated complaints) are completely different.

Ah well... since the thread is revived anyway, I will take the chance to address three things OP mentioned:
-Pallet vacuum
-Old syringe add-on
-Old exhaustion
These three are far easier to handle than they seem. Pick any killer player here on the Forums and put them in a game with these three things available, and I bet they will win.
That doesn't necessarily mean they should come back, even I have limits on what I'd like to see brought back to the game, but overpowered? Nah, not really.

Need i Remind you of the Good ol' stuff we got now? =D
Pallets can now spawn LESS than 16m of another pallet. Making chaining tiles hella lot easier than it should be,
Certain Set ups CAN be Infinites, I.E Main Buildings connecting to other tiles With Windows from one another, or Vice Versa)
One chase can still be Equal to 3 gens IF the survivors know what they're doing (Yet again i will bring this up to Prove a Point,)
FTP + Buckle up Combo Still Exist
OTR + MFT is Now Better than Before, (Or the classic DH + MFT. Ain't Picky)
Killer is Reliant on Survivor's Mistakes which is starting to show Less and Less with the Classic "Hold W and Prethrow" which can still work to this day,
And before you say "YoU gOt NoEd!1!" Endgame perk, 100% you can counter it by doing "T o t e m s" cause if you got time for 5 gens. you got time for 5 totems, nuff said.

Most of this is all wrong.
1.) Pallet spawns are equally likely to produce dead zones or extremely weak tiles. With maps shrinking (see Borgo) and tiles being reworked (see Coldwind ) is more likely.
2.) There are no infinites left in this game. Not even the best loops are infinites.
3.) Three gens popping during one chase may happen but it’s inconsequential. It takes five gens to escape and even getting three done at the start doesn’t really prevent a killer from winning the match.
4.) This exist but it’s mostly like old BT. Not exactly game breaking.
5.) Not at all.
6.) See point 1 & 2. Additionally, pre throw and run is common because many killers now possess some sort of anti-loop ability.
7.) Not really. A killer can camp-tunnel their way to an easy victory regardless of what survivors do.

Killer has always been harder and worse than playing survivor. That is why 90% of my games is solo survivor! Solo survivors complains too much killer is much worse.

As a player that has played both sides equally since 2018 I don't understand how people complain so much. I've witnessed so much terrible things with this game, and yet I've continued to play it without making it such a massive issue. Sure, I've complained a few times (who hasn't?), but not near to the extent I see other people do.

The self care speed was due to old we'll make it. It use to be the healing speed not only stacked from multiple unhook, but also applied to self healing as well. You'd end up having dumb stuff like survivors who can heal faster than a killer can do the blood whip animation blocking killers from hooking.

Yeah this one has it way twisted. Feels like they're trying to just start drama or us vs them crap. Definitely not good game knowledge.
