PC - Hatch opened with two survivors left

Step 1 : Kill all survivors but two of them.

Step 2 : One of them disconnected (as shows in the post-game screen), but didn't show during the match.

Step 3 : Seemingly penultimate survivor escapes through hatch, even whiie another survivor showed as playing the match.

Map: Can't remember the name, the one with a two-storied house in the corner of a farm.
