(Not answered) Why were the old skin-pack dlc's removed from the store?
They never announced it, I know many dlc's got bundled yesterday, but skin packs were never supposed to be part of this. Besides, they're not even bundled! They are just gone. What happened, and how can we acquire those skins now?

I reckon it's part of streamlining the dlcs. They want to make the amount of options less overwhelming and i guess removing these old dlcs are part of that.
I can kind of understand why they would do that since they are very old and i didn't see many people use them anyway but making the cosmetics exclusive i heavily dislike so i hope they restore them or add them to the in game store.

Weirdly enough, charity chase is still purchasable. The other 3 (Bloodstained sack, 80's suitcase and headcase) are all gone though and the cosmetics included cannot be obtained in any way.

The Headcase cosmetics for Ace are now part of the DLC bundle he's in (Maddening Darkness), at least according to the wiki:

All the stuff for the OG 4 and Nea have likely also been incorporated into the Gold Edition, meaning that buying the game now will get you these outfits. I am not sure this is the case though, and would really love an official statement on this.
Anyone who had purchased the Bloodstained Sack, 80's Suitcase and Headcase prior to their removal will still have these cosmetics in their respective character's inventories.

The Maddening Darkness Pack is only listed as available on PC. How are you then supposed to get the extra cosmetics if you're on console?

You get them for free. Consoles have hag's and doctor's dlc already in price for the base game.

But unless I'm missing something, you can't get the cosmetics from the Headcase dlc. That dlc was previously sold separately on console.
