How is it that the dedicated server always crashes when you're about to win?

ISTG every time the dedicated server crashes mid-game is when your side is about to win, how?? Or is DDoS-ing just back?

  I heard that there is the cheat program that makes opponents to be disconnected. There are very diverse cheats in DBD.
