is there anything being thrown around about ways to deal with slugging anytime in the future? i just got slugged by a blight for 4 full minutes because he wanted to hook me on the hook someone else was already on and put me down and left me to bleed out for 4 full minutes, helplessly… and the worst part is, he wasn’t even good. i got slugged out by an ego blight who wasn’t even good. probably had less than 100 hours. mood went from :) to :/ all because an ego blight who wasn’t even good tried to hook me on a hook a survivor was already on. i hate to ######### on you guys but the fact that i can be left on the floor to die without being able to to a single thing to help myself is absolutely great game design. sorry. just pissed off that someone has the power to ruin my mood on such a way, without even trying. just ######### me off. so again sorry i’m just pissed off but like my point and question still stands. great game design. i love being slugged yippeeee

    BHVR have mentioned of unbreakable basekit, but wether it’s currently getting worked into the game with the current meta is unforeseen.

    Those pesky Blights, glad his addons are finally getting nerfed/reworked, atleast he can’t have infinite rushes and do full circles while in a lethal rush around loops nonstop..

    He was just exploiting the anti-camp system. though I am still scared of a furture anti-slug feature, as all their anti-something-systems pretty much do nothing.

    There's multiple perks for countering slugging. You could also try crawling to a teammate or something.

    Sounds more like he realized after the fact that there was no hooks available that he could get to. Hook spawns can be pretty bad.

    Get up and go make a coffee, refill your water, or have a bio break. Go outside, get some fresh air, do some pushups. There are heaps of things I do when the killer wants to slug for the 4k, or to be obnoxious.

    Before I even started reading, I knew it was going to be blight being the culprit. I swear every blight player plays the same way. However.........in this case. The blight honestly probably had no way to make it to a hook. Now I don't like it either. Personally as a killer, I would've tried to get you to a hook and if you wiggle off, I'll just try to get you again and down you near hook.

    But I feel your frustration. People on this game take it a bit too seriously. The best thing you can do is do your best to not be too bothered by it. For your own mental health. I couldn't be bothered to be too stressed out over a casual video game. I just get on my phone and wait to bleed out if im slugged.
