Does "No One Left Behind" haste stack with other things?

When you normally unhook a survivor, they get 10% base haste. If you use Babysitter, there is an additional haste of 7%. If you use "No One Left Behind" on top of that, does it give another additional haste?

In No One Left Behind's description (on the DBD Wiki at least), it says:

  • Grants the unhooked survivor a 7% haste status effect for 10 seconds.

Does this haste add to the other haste statuses?

Meaning, if in endgame I unhook someone while running Babysitter AND No One Left Behind, will they get 10% + 7% + 7% = 24% haste?

    Yes, it all stacks.

    However, the bonuses from Babysitter and NOLB start a little sooner than the basekit Haste effect, so you don’t really get the full 8 or 10 seconds (depending on which perk), it’s more like 7 seconds for Babysitter and 9 seconds for NOLB.
