Why my ping is so high?
I've been playing dbd for over 4000 hours now and this is the first time I've had this problem. 5 days ago, my ping increased from the standard 30-50 to 220-250 and does not drop below. My internet is absolutely fine in other games on different servers, my ping is also stable and mostly does not exceed 100. My internet speed is about 300 mb s. I really can't understand why it happened and how it can be fixed, it's just impossible to play.

Use https://www.speedtest.net/ to try to determine if it's YOUR connection or if it's some sort of connection issue with the DBD servers. If you know the source, it'll be easier to troubleshoot.

The games has been quite laggy after that server crash they had a couple of days ago.

So it should go away by itself when the servers are fixed?

Probably not, but are you playing in a SWF with survivors from a different location? Perhaps you're playing on a different server than usual because of this.
