Why insta heals weren't reworked completely?

I'm confused considering that Blight's and Nurse's more powerful add-ons like Alchemist Ring or Fragile Wheeze were given a new effect meanwhile insta heals were given slight number adjustments a while ago which just feels like a slap on a wrist.

Time increase from 16 to 24sec? Survivor will still just pre drop one or two pallet and if u aren't a killer with mobility they are completely safe. Or with Styptic Agent, Bill poped it in front of my face and started running into a pallet. And I had to take it, like a good little demodoggo.

I see people complaining about having matches where killers have 3+ slowdown but at this point what can i do, other than just put 3 slowdown perks when running into lobbies without at least two insta heals is becomming rarer and rarer.

Also just please don't write "this guy wants only 4Ks". I'm alright with losing, i made mistakes during that match and paniced at the end, a lot. I'm just sick of insta heals, how easliy they are available in bloodweb and how easily they can waste a lot your time by a decent survivor player without putting any effort or skill to use them.

    Comparing a perk thats always available vs a addon thats limited and can be countered by different perks/addons or just gameplay is quite sad.
