Why do SWFs running flashy save builds get so mad when you don't let them get away with stuff?
I mean full kit too. Map offerings, BGP, BO, etc. They didn't throw the Obs at me, and I kept seeing the same three players so ofc I hit or down them. I even intentionally went for people not fresh off hook (Except for one time) and they still call me a tunneler.
Do survivors even enjoy the game?

Okay I don't really understand your whole point, but to the title asking why survivor run full flashlight squads:
It simply is the most direct form of killer denial interaction there is.
The killer can't really do anything except trying to mass slug them because if they don't then the survivor will always buzz around and try to deny a pickup and therefore the hook.

It's not that they're mad at the killer necessarily I know people like this, they just don't find joy in doing gens , you can really only hold m1 and run in circles for so long before you try to find other ways to have more fun and make the game challenging and have more excitement, but even that feeling is temporary that's why I don't have any friends who play anymore I almost only play killer when i fire this game up because everyone else from the old days are fed up with dbd

Some people play with a mentality like this:
"If I bring something to a match, I am owed value from it."
Which is incorrect, but they still believe it.
