Item Changer Shop

There are a lot of items (usually seasonal event or Common items) which are not used because they are less helpfull than rare/very rare or ultra rare items (green, pink, violett).

Is there a possebility to get something like an Itemchanger in the Shop area. For example when I "sell" like 5 of my common medikits, than I can get a green medikit. So that I have the possebility to change more of my common items in one of a rare or better item which I usually use more often.

Same goes for offerings. Some possebility to change them in exchange for more of others. Cause every player has his/her favorites in using items and offerings.
