Singularity AddOn "Soma Family Photo" Drop Rate

I just wanted to give a heads up that I believe the drop rate for this addon (Soma Family Photo) is likely needing tuning. I have spent literally 1.1M BPs and received 0 of them. I noticed that my stash is dwindling with these and think this is an issue.

This is an absolutely key AddOn for Singularity (and indeed I wish it were not Rare).

    Guys! This drop rate is NOT RIGHT. I bet it’s missing a “0” or something in the probability variable. The ultra-rare add on “Denied Requisition Form” (I.e the red icon) shows up far greater!!

    ”Soma Family Photo” is critical and I’m literally having to play as a Survivor to get enough BPs to get them on Singularity, my main killer and the main reason I play now. I know this drop rate is messed up! Please acknowledge, guys. I’m dropping literally millions of BPs and getting a handful.

    Really it's up to the RNG gods I find.

    Some days I'll get 5 of them in a row, other days I don't see one for 40+ levels.
