Did I do something wrong in this situation?
Long story short, first hillbilly match of the day, doing great. Then I suddently hear loud noise notifications coming from the basement. I go check and I find mikaela and ada jumping in and out of some lockers, mikaela having afk crow. I though they were goofing off so I rev my chainsaw at mikaela's locker for a while before hooking her. Then I give ada hatch because she was the last survivor. Post match I get insulted by the mikaela, telling me that I am a "little #########" and that I should stop living, and reporting me claiming she is going to get me banned. This was her build post match, and I suspect that ada was pissed mikaela wasnt doing gens.
What could've had done differently? Is giving hatch to a survivor baneable?

The Mikaela probably went hiding at some point when it was clear that the Survivors will not win the game and Ada decided to lead you to her so that she can be killed.
This can be seen as working with the Killer, even if you two dont know each other. Personally, I would have probably killed the Ada as well, even tho I consider her behavior less unsportsmanlike compared to the Behavior of Mikaela.

Giving hatch is certainly not bannable, and from their build it looks like they were hiding to try and get hatch and Ada wasn't happy about that.
I'm more surprised she was using Bond and not Sole Survivor.

To be fair since either NWTH or Ultimate Weapon are present in every game, stealth Builds like this are not only used by Survivors who let their team die and wait for Hatch. With the amount of tunneling going on you really dont want to be the first Survivor found.
I would not see this Build as problematic, I think running Perks like Sole Survivor, Left Behind and Wake Up is more of an indicator that someone wants to play selfish and abandones their team.

I would have killed both. In my experience, Mikaela's are AWFUL and usually the most selfish/worst players to have on a team. If I'm on a team with someone and they aren't doing gens at all, yea that'd frustrate me too because I want to win or try to. I don't have the whole context but when were they in the basement fooling around? 3 gens? 5 gens? Did you personally see Mikaela ever on a gen (since you suspect thats why Ada was trying to grief her)?
On the flip side of what Aven said, there are also so many matches where its still winnable but someone decides to temper tantrum and give up early. Hell, people will do that after being first hooked despite 3 gens flying by as well, nevermind at the beginning of a match. I don't think you did anything wrong, Mikaela was doing nothing to help her team & basically just wasting everyone else's time.

I didn't see her in the entire match, I found her with a single crow and I saw every survivor was doing gens except her, so I guess it makes sense.

Don't worry about getting banned, it's very unlikely.

I have to agree with what was said above which was hook em both. Giving a free reward to 1 while sacrificing the other 3 is kind of a bad look.

I 100% agree. Always kill both Survivors in a situation like this, for your own sake.
